5 Things I am Grateful For

I am grateful for so many things. Every time I feel sad or just don’t feel very joyful I try a mental game. I tell myself to name 5 things I am grateful. I try to always think of something different every time. I believe that its good to see the positive side of life. Remind yourself that you do have something to be grateful for. Here are just a few things I am grateful for.

  2. Health
  3. My Education
  4. My House
  5. Life

  1. I am grateful for my health, my family, my friends, my education and the beautiful music I listen to right now. It is a great reminder what you do with post. We should all take few minutes a day to find things we are grateful for. It can be total life changing!

  3. What you’re grateful for I am too! There’s so much to be grateful for isn’t there? Sometimes we get lost in the lows of life but it’s helpful to remember what good we do have.
