I am grateful for so many things. Every time I feel sad or just don’t feel very joyful I try a mental game. I tell myself to name 5 things I am grateful. I try to always think of something different every time. I believe that its good to see the positive side of life. Remind yourself that you do have something to be grateful for. Here are just a few things I am grateful for.

- My House

I’m grateful for so many things, but over the past few years I’m grateful for my family who have helped me through very difficult times. Thanks for this reminder about what we/I can be thankful about.
I am grateful for my health, my family, my friends, my education and the beautiful music I listen to right now. It is a great reminder what you do with post. We should all take few minutes a day to find things we are grateful for. It can be total life changing!

What you’re grateful for I am too! There’s so much to be grateful for isn’t there? Sometimes we get lost in the lows of life but it’s helpful to remember what good we do have.
