Her Universe at San Diego Comic Convention
Attending the Her Universe fashion show at San Diego Comic-Con has always been a dream of mine. This year, in 2023, I was personally invited by Her Universe as a member of the press, and I am deeply honored for this opportunity.
Let me share how this came to be. Initially, I received press passes for Megacon Orlando, Florida, in 2023. While at the convention, I noticed Her Universe had a booth, and I shared a picture of it on my social media. Coincidentally, one of my family members was at the booth and had a conversation with Nicole, a key staff member of the Her Universe fashion show.
Upon my return to the booth, I had a chance to speak with Nicole, who was kind and accommodating. I expressed my desire to attend the Her Universe fashion show, mentioning that I had already planned to attend San Diego Comic-Con. Nicole noticed my press passes and generously offered to secure tickets for me and a few of my family members. There was a minor mix-up with the number of tickets, but Nicole ensured I got advanced seating, which was a fantastic experience.
The fashion show itself was a delight. The new collection from Her Universe in partnership with Hot Topic was showcased, and each attendee received a thoughtful goodie bag with Hot Topic and Her Universe items. The theme for the show was “100 Years of Disney Celebrating,” and various fashion designers from across America presented their unique designs and walked the runway, complete with captivating backstories.
I thoroughly enjoyed the fashion show and the entire experience. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Her Universe for extending the invitation, providing advanced seating, and allowing me to sit with my family. Additionally, my appreciation goes to Hot Topic for the delightful goodie bag.
In conclusion, I want to encourage everyone to explore Her Universe’s new merchandise and visit Hot Topic. Once again, thank you to Her Universe for making this unforgettable experience possible. I look forward to attending future events like this.
